Why is employer ghosting such a big deal?

You’re probably thinking, hang on…it’s not that bad to ghost candidates surely? If you’re getting good candidates through the door and filling vacant jobs, you’re reaching your goals. That’s all that matters, right? Wrong. Here are three reasons why you should think twice about employer ghosting: 

1. Your employer brand will suffer
