Update: Custom Call-to-Action for your job posting

"Apply for this job", "Submit resume" och "Send in application" is what candidates normally see after every job ad they encounter. But a lot of candidates are perhaps not ready to apply, but ready to hear a bit more about your open position, show their interest or just come over for a coffee at your office. 

We want to make sure you reach all types of candidates, even those that are not yet ready to apply for a job. A standard Call-to-Action is too big a step for a lot of candidates, who are not yet ready.

Now we're launching an update that makes it possible for you to decide what should be written on your CTA button. Choose how you want to communicate with your candidates and convert more visitors to applicants. 

You'll see the option to change the text when you're creating a job ad, under the section Job posting. If you have a current job ad that you want to change the CTA for, simply click the pen to edit the job. 

What is a Call-to-Action (CTA)?

A CTA is a button with a message that prompts the visitors to take an action. It could be a subscription, to get a gift, or do a specific action. Marketing departments have been using CTAs to get new leads and customers.
