New Analytics feature: Jobs Overview

The more data, the better the decisions, right? We’re excited to announce a totally new set of data available for all our wonderful admin users! 
Now, you can get more insight into your jobs under the new “Jobs overview” tab under Analytics. Under this tab, you can get an overview of your company’s: 
  • Total amount of jobs
  • Average amount of visits per job
  • Average amount of applications per job
  • Average conversion rate
 
Maybe you want to dig deeper into the specifics? Get the following insights into every specific job: 
  • Number of visits to the job ad
  • Number of applications 
  • Number of sourced candidates
  • Number of candidates and a list of the candidates in the specific job
  • Conversion rate per job 
  • Average rating of candidates in the job
 
Useful, right? 
 
Make sure to spend time on relevant data by segmenting the data. You can segment by location or department and set the time range of your choice. This will help you get a better understanding of how your recruitment is going under specific time periods and in specific locations, for example. You can also export the data as a CSV. 
 
To get to this new section under Analytics, simply click on "Analytics", and find the “Jobs overview" in the list on the left-hand side:
